NWR....Fillings for cavaties

On Wednesday I had 4 fillings on my upper teeth

I probably shouldn't have had so many at one time BUT I am afraid that my insurance will run out if I don't have a job so I wanted it done ASAP....

Ok so....my teeth have been bothering me ever since...first my mouth was sore for days and NOW my teeth are extememely sensitive to the point where it hurts to chew anything

Anyone ever have this happen to them????

Kathleen I had 3 done 2 weeks ago and my wisdom teeth are coming out Sept 6th!!! I hate the dentist, this has been such a bad mouth Anyways, mine bothered me for a few days also, and my teeth were SO sensitive I thought something was wrong, but after like a week or so it goes away, it was so bad I couldn't chew food or even gum on that side, but just give it some time mine healed after a few days

ME EITHER KATH!!!

I had to get 4 done, yuck! I am not a fan of the dentist!!! They were 'pitt' cavaties though which isnt the whole tooth, so i guess it could have been worse

i had 4 at one time--- and then a root canal- it is miserable- take pain meds, you will be uncomfortable for a day or two but it goes away it it doesnt call the dentist and they will figure out what is wrong or they will prescribe meds. feel better!

no really ..i dont! i was crying like a baby and fh basically took care of me for two days...you would have thought i had like major surgery or something

(then they told me i had to have a minor sugery i was asking about it on LIW BUT whoops i havent gotten that done yet cause i am a scaredy cat)

JUST make sure you call them--- there could be an infection if it lasts more than a few days- at least thats what they told me... feel better!

people with sensitive teeth did you ever try sensodyne toothpaste? i always use that when my teeth are sensitive and my office always recommends it, although it doens't completely heal it does help a little IMO.
