Isn't there some kind of gluten free pasta on the market? You can always make a yummy pasta salad...or do lettuce roll-ups (use lettuce in the place of bread in a sandwich and roll it around meat/cheese/veggies).

If you can get to it, there is a farmers market at Deer Park Tanger Outlet Saturdays from 11-3, they have quite a few gluten free bakery vendors there.

Is it a cruise? I would call the cruise line, see if they have a gluten free menu.

If its not a cruise (just went through this at work where we went on a boat trip, everything had bread... not fun), I would bring fruit, some gluten free muffins or something, or ask if there is a way that they can cater in gluten free items

i stick to salads with grilled chicken (plain vinegar for dressing is gluten free and won't spoil) and nuts, fruit or a bar of dark chocolate as a snack

i have really bad gluten/wheat sensitivities so i'm very particular about what i eat (no breads, rice or pasta even if they're gluten free)
