NWR....I am so upset

I gained 2.4 lbs this week I am so mad at myself...I am also worried that it is the new BCP that I am on.....

From my experience the pill made me gain weight

I think its Estrostep...I am going to give myself 1 week of watching exactly what I eat and going to the gym everyday and then I will see what happens...2.4 lbs is freaking insane

I take Seasonale and I haven't experienced any weight gain..... (well I gain 5 2 days before my period, but it goes awaay w/ my period) AND I only get my period once every 3 months!!

BCP can make you hungrier..just try to watch. Try not to beat yourself up-sometimes your weight will fluctuate too.
