I think its Estrostep...I am going to give myself 1 week of watching exactly what I eat and going to the gym everyday and then I will see what happens...2.4 lbs is freaking insane

I am going to be in the EXACT same boat as you in a couple of days.... i wanted to alter the timing of my period so my ob/gyn just prescribed me estrostep...i heard from a couple of people they gained weight

Don't worry, I am sure you can drop the 2 as easily as you gained it. You seem to have a great routine and diet so I know you can do this. Try not to stress yourself out.
