I just finished using mine and was surprised to find that they really do work!

great to know i wanted to get them. I started using the crest advantage toothpaste - something like that - it is supposed to help whiten teeth and maybe its in my head but i think that is working too already!
My dentist gave me the professional strength. The box should last about 25 days and he sold them to me for $75.00. I think going with your dentist approved ones, or at least consulting your dentist is a good idea.

those are ssooooo bad for you dont use them!!! my sister is a dental hygenist and has seen so many people have problems from this!! you know how it makes your teeth white? it takes off the top layer on your teeth -- it makes you more suseptable (sp?) to cavaties and problems with your teeth.
the only safe thing is the ones they do in the office.
I did 7 days straight, and I can really see a difference. The only thing is, my teeth became very sensitive to touch, heat and cold.
I used the regular crest white strips about 3 year ago when they first came out & my results were remarkable! When I went to my dentist for a cleaning after finishing the box, he asked me how I got my teeth so white, he was even impressed with the results!

I had gotten them and had to stop using them after less than a week because my gums had gotten sooooo sensitive - and I've never had a problem with my gums or my teeth (never had a cavity) - I wasn't happy with them!
