and I can honestly say that it works. I've only been using it for 2 days and I can see the difference. Just thought I'd share.
I dont know about other dentists I just know what my sister tells me and it breaks down the enamel on your teeth. Being really sensitive to hot or cold is not a good sign I would think. IMO Its worth the extra money to go have it done professionally.
they are great! but the color came back quickly for me ... i will prolly use them right before hte wedding since u can only use them twice a year
Did anyone have problems with their gums? Meaning pain or turning white? Just curious thanks!

those are ssooooo bad for you dont use them!!! my sister is a dental hygenist and has seen so many people have problems from this!! you know how it makes your teeth white? it takes off the top layer on your teeth -- it makes you more suseptable (sp?) to cavaties and problems with your teeth.
the only safe thing is the ones they do in the office.
that is not what i was told by my dentist, she said they were fine to use...hmmmm...maybe it's time for me to get a new dentist? or at least a second opinion...
