NWR......Internet service providers

Just curious to see what everyone uses for their Internet service.
We have verizon and the last 3 days we have NOT been able to get online. I called them and SURPISE they cant tell me whats wrong with it. They said they can send someone out but its 90 bucks for the visit ON TOP of however much is costs to fix it.
Im FED up...........paying for something when it works like cr@p OR doesnt work at all.

So who do you use?

Hi.... We have Optonline. I've had it for about 2 yrs and only had a problem one time. I was unable to access online, use the phone, or watch tv. I called them and they sent someone there that day. The only bad part is that they give you a 4 hour window. So I had to stay home for 4 hours to get it fixed.....But they fixed it for free.

I've had Optonline for 5+ years now and only had a problem once - which they were able to walk me through fixing over the phone. I love them
