Why are all the commercials making it like a comedy? I don't get it...

Re: NWR:Marley and Me
its mostly a comedy because marley is the craziest, funniest dog. the book is a hundred times better though. the movie was good and very sad also but i thought the movie left out a lot of important things and they changed things around that didn't make sense!

OK thank you!!!!! i read the book so i know the story BUT on commercials portrayed it as a comedy!!!! my FMIL went to see it and she said the theatre was filled with little kids and people were talking walking out and said they were very annoyed how it was advertised! im sure there are funny parts but overall ... not so much..

I cannot wait to see it - hopefully going today or one night this week. Read the book and absolutely loved it - although, I did laugh and cry throughout the whole book!
