NWR...Need Help!!!!!
I went to FL last friday and flew home on monday with clogged ears from the plane ride. It is Saturday and my right ear still has not popped. I tried:
Pinching my nose, closing my mouth, and blowing
Yawning
Chewing gum
Mucinex D (which I am still taking)
A hot towel over my ear
Hydrogen peroxide/warm water
If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know. I am so frustrated and just don't want to go to the ENT doctor because I thought this would be easy to self-treat.![]()
