I had to switch on to my husbands insurance since I lost my job....he has HIP and my OBGYN doesnt take it.

We are try to have a baby now and am in desperate need of a good obgyn.

Can you recommend yours???

I use Betsey Lantner. She has an office in Hewlett and Brooklyn. Let me know if you want her information. I have been using her forever and I love her. I do not have HIP but I think she takes most insurances.

i have HIP .. my obgyn is in the hicksville office ..

not sure how well he is .. but i know i was referred to him since he deals with pcos .. so he may be a better dr when TTC .. . not sure though .. fm me ill give you his name ..

My Mom's been an LPN for almost 30 yrs and her old dr delivered all 5 of my nieces & nephews & my cousins baby and they all looooved him.

He has a location in W. Islip but I'm pretty positive he also has an office in Massapequa.

I go to Contemporary Women's Care in the medical building next to St. Catherine's hospital in Smithtown. I love them there. I've tried so many different groups and even though I live further east now I still go to them, was there yesterday actually lol. Good Luck!

I second this!! I've been to there office A LOT with being pregnant & them delivering my son!! Awesome doctors & staff! They definately make you feel comfortable

I have HIP and I see Dr. Morris-Rush- she has an office in Great Neck and one in Woodbury. Shes great! FM me if you would like more info. Good luck! :)

Suffolk OBGYN has a couple offices & alot of drs so they always have appts open. Not sure if that is too far for you

Dr. Sarah and Robert Schwartz in West Islip are great. The doctors and nurses are so nice there. I had my son who is now three while seeing them.

I go to Dr. Callan in Huntington and LOVE her. I searched for a while for a good OBGYN and am so glad I found her. I hear nothing but good things about the other dr's in the group too. They were all recommended on LIF. I don't know if they take that insurance but it's worth looking into...

I go here too (few days ago actually lol). Love this place. I have HIP as well.
