If anyone is thinking of getting it dont everytime its windy I lose my connection and if you lose power you lose your phone and everything not even a dial tone to call 911 I am going to switch very soon anyone have any suggestions?Its driving me nuts

I am sorry that happens to you. Have you called to complain? I have had them for 3 years and although I do lose my phone if I lose power I never loose anything for wind. I would call and let them know your concern.
