Our favorite breakfast place ever is Country Kitchen in Hicksville- it's set up kinda like IHOP, but much roomy-er. mmm now i'm hungry....

Ima IHOP girl all the way but if your looking for a Sunday brunch (Reservation is a must) Riverbay on WIllis Ave/Mineola Blvd in Mineola (I think.)...Good stuff!

Mundays in huntington is insanely good. I highly reccomend that place!
Country Kitchen is good too, its around the corner from my house in massapequa

I love Maureen's Kitchen!! Toast in Port Jeff is yummy too, but not in Nassau.
OOH!! I just remembered a great Nasau breakfast place!! THOMAS' HAM AND EGGERY - it is across from Roosevelt field mall and it looks like a tiny diner. FH and I found it because it was voted best breakfast in Zagat.
Editied because I didn't see that a few girls already recommended Thomas'.

My friend told me that new place by the mall, grand luxe cafe is good for breakfast!
