They caught 21 'terrorist' in London set out to use liquid bombs (still confusing me) to blow up 3 planes. Headed for NY, Washington D.C. and California. Terror alert is at at red, for flights leaving London entering the US, it hasn't been there since 9-11. Also everything else has been raised to orange (1 below red).

sometimes i wonder though if they might do this as a distraction so something bigger will happen.

I agree. Tomm is the 11th. This foiled attempt could just very well be a distraction for what is yet to come. It gets uglier and uglier as I hear more and more

Nope-my poor cousins, they were flying to NY this morning for a wedding...still havent heard from them! I bet they are sitting in the airport still

I have to say I'm a bit nervous bc my parents are flying back from Europe on Tuesday

I know it's INSANE!!! I might get $ h it for saying this BUT when I here things like this I just get sooo angry and think s c rew it get our troops out of there and nuke em'!!! Animals this evil don't deserve to live I know it's not right to generalize an entire region of the planet but it just really gets me nuts :

I work for a European tour operator so I have been at the office since 6:30AM working on contingency plans :ack
