NWR...what would you do?

Every semester my University messes up my bills; they usually charge me extra money. Months later, they wind up sending it back. Or they large me a late fee because they lost my paperwork or some other error that is not mine.

Today I get a bill that says that I owe X amount of $$. The bill was sent today and I owe the $$ today. I called to say that I cannot pay it today because I am waiting for a check to clear.

I then learn that I was charged a LATE FEE YESTERDAY for this bill which I did not receive via email until today. I spoke to someone who is going to 'try' and get the late fee waved.

I want to go over their heads, and contact the President of the school or someone like that...what do you girls think? Too much or should I go for it?

I'd go to the head of student finances at least, if not someone over their heads...call the Provost first, not the Prez, its so hard to get Stuart on the phone.

I happen to know both of them personally, if you ever need help just lemme know

you were charged late fees for a bill that's due today???? they should take away the fees just for that if not also for the fact that you didn't even get the bill until today!
