hey ladies im at work and we r trying to activate the 2nd controller for 2 players...does ne one know what button u have to hold down????

Sometimes you have to press the sync button on the Wii and then the sync button on the back of the controller.

There are also some games where it will work if you just press 2. (I think Mario Kart is like that.)

Ummm also I'm really jealous that you're playing with a Wii at work.
