NY & UK wedding

hi

coming to NY to get married in central park and then having a blessing and party back in the UK.. the theme for the wedding is snowflake but we want to have a feel of New York at the UK reception - any ideas?

instead of a guest book we thought of having a tree cut out with apples for people to write the message on?
