NYC Bachelorette

My friend is planning her cousins bachelorette party in NYC - those of you who went into the city where would you recommend for someone whos into fun dance music (not techno or club-scene)?? I used to live in the city and for the life of me i cant think of anything!

My bachelorette party is this Saturday in the city, we are going to do the Sex and the City Tour during the day, then dinner, then out to Metro 53 and McFaddens. I cannot wait! I will let you know how everything goes!

aww have fun! i miss the month before my wedding...it was my favorite!!!! ;)

well clubs always come to my mind but here are some other suggestions

Metro 53 and sutton are good and in the 50's on 2nd ave theres one bar after another so you can bar hop

Ice bar

But if you want you can just go to a specific area and go from place to place...Theres alot of places in the meatpacking district, or you can do alphabet city, also by NYU theres alot of bars in that area downtown. Or you can do 2nd ave in midtown

me too - we went to mcfaddens late night for my bachelorette and i completed my whole scavenger hunt list there....needless to say i don't think i'm allowed back there. fun music and dancing!
