can you recommend some good chinese take out and italian places or kosher delis b/w 37th and 41st street?? vicinity of the javitts center

It's been a while since I've worked up in that area...but I'd still highly recommend Manganaro's Hero Boy for Italian food. Excellent, excellent heros, very moderately priced. Their eggplant parm is on par with my mom's (shhhh, don't tell her!).

Manganaro's is on 9th Ave, b/w 37 and 38. Always a long line for lunch.

I'M NOT SURE WHERE THEY ARE EXACTLY, BUT THERE IS BEN'S KOSHER DELI AROUND 34TH ST AND 7TH., SUPREME MACARONI COMPANY IS ON 9TH AVE B/W 33-34TH..VERY GOOD ITALIAN RESTAURANT, LOOKS LIKE MACARONI STORE FROM OUTSIDE, BUT IT'S OLD SCHOOL RED AND WHITE CHECKERED TABLE CLOTHES IN THE BACK!
