NYC Mother's Day Brunch Spot

Hey Ladies! My mother is taking me for a girls weekend in the city the weekend of Mother's Day. I'd like to take her to a nice brunch on Sunday morning. Any suggestions? We're staying right across from Penn Station and I'd don't want to be too poor afterwards.
