NYC Picture Spot

I have a picture spot in my head, but I don't know where it is.

I am thinking of being in NYC on some sort of body of water with the city skyline in the background. Is there any other spot like this besides Brooklyn/DUMBO? What are the LIC piers like? Help!

I am so geographically challenged!

i was going to say LIC. Across the street from Riverview Restaurant. Its pretty there

You can also go to NJ --

Liberty State Park in Jersey City and Elysian Park in Hoboken are both right on the water and have views of the skyline!

hmmm how about the south street seaport area?...with the brooklyn & williamsburg bridges in the background.

Or what about Battery Park? but there wont be any city skyline in the pics...
