NYC Spas

Hi all! I am new to the site but have heard amazing things about it. :) I am actually not a bride planning a wedding (unfortunately) but I am a bridesmaid in quite a few upcoming weddings. I am trying to come up with fun new ideas for my friends showers/bachelorette parties and figured this would be a great site for ideas! :)

Sooo...my first question is....any recommendations for a spa in NYC? I am currently planning a bachelorette party for my friend for May. We are going to Mangia E Bevi on 9th Ave between 53rd and 54th for dinner. During the day she wants to do bridal party only at the spa. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much!!
Donna :)

I go to Lia Schorr on 56th and Lex for facials and you can definitely get package deals there but I think a bigger more fun spa would be good.

Look into Oasis, Exhale, Red Door (may be pricier but so nice)

I'd also go to Spaweek website--here is a link about bridal party spa days.

if you are willing to check out places outside of manhattan, you might want to check out spa castle.. i unfortunately haven't had the pleasure in going, but i heard it's phenomenal. you might want to check it out.

Unfortunately actual spa week is usually in April but you can definitely get deals on this site.

Good luck!

ive been to both Red Door and Exhale. they are both nice... i tend to be a red door girl myself (on long island too) so id say splurge if you can. its excellent decadence!

spa week is also in November...its a twice a year thing but, like someone said, the site always has some good specials.
