What will it take for us to have a snow day?? I've been working in the city for almost 4 yrs and NOT ONE snow day!!! How many inches does it have to snow in order for them to have a delayed opening or snow day?? Its ridiculous and dangerous for me to be driving from LI to the city... ughhhhh

I just tried calling 311 and it doesnt work.... North Hempstead comes up since I dont live in the city.....

So that means I cant call 311 or is there another way to do it?
