Maybe try some of the university clubs? Yale Club, Harvard Club, Cornell Club...ect.

About 220...I really want a loft in the city or something overlooking the water. I want a full service place...not something where I have to get the linens, utensils, etc...

check out wedding sites and services. they have a website and a magazine. It also gives you good information on each site it lists

I did look into some in LIC like the Metropolitan Bldg and The Foundry (which I think is just an empty space). I really love the Tribeca Loft and LightHouse at Chelsea Piers. I don't know...it's overwhelming. Where are you getting married?
