Has anyone done this? If so - how many mths out did you start? I believe its a 12wk program & I'm getting married 11/11... but I wouldn't mind seeing results earlier??

I did it
only do it earlier if you are going to keep up with the work outs on your own
the good part about doing so close to the wedding is you have to go- so even though you have 80 things to do- you are forced to go to the gym
it was worth every penny- I learned alot and kept going on my own- I look better then even
which NYSC- b/c my trainer in Long Beach is awesome and a fellow bride

Oh I'm so happy you had success with the program. My friend did it last summer and I could NOT believe the results! I have the membership where I can go to any club, I usually go to Grand Central (after work) or the one at home (Whitestone). I have to say I'm a bit nervous because I usually only do cardio....

you can't beat it for the price
I did weights before- but never consistantly
I have muscles every where- be prepared for your weight to go up alittle since you will be adding so much muscle
cardio is great- but doing both is so much better

Yes! I signed up and my sessions started in early July. I already see results and I am learning so much. My trainer is great! It was $1450 for 24 sessions.

Is that the price in addition to the monthly fee?? I'm thinking about doing it...I'm a NYSC member

I am doing it now and I completely agree. I started three months ago but just couldn't make it to the gym by myself all the time. Now that it's crunch time, I am there 3 days a week with the trainer and two to three other days by myself-stress makes you do crazy things! I feel great though!!
