TGIF!!! Too bad looks like rain again.

Today's question: Why are you excited about your wedding day? Why is it special to you?

For me, I am just really excited to have a big party celebrating me and FH. Our engagement party was great, and the wedding will be so much bigger!

I am also excited that I will walk down that aisle and see FH at the end of it, I just honestly can't wait for that day.

I have to add the selfish aspect that everyone will be watching me as I walk down the aisle, will definitely make me feel like a princess . Just the one day I get to be the star of the day.

Although I'm not so much looking forward to all of the attention, I am looking forward to walkind down the aisle towards FH, taking those vows, and being married infront of our friends and family. I really cant wait! The party after is just the icing on the cake, and I'm looking forward to that too. But I'm most excited about making it 'official' lol

Well, besides marrying FH and combining our families, I'm most excited about my flowers! I'm having an all-tulip wedding (save for the bouts and corsages which will be freesia).

We will be legally married 3 days before our reception, but are still having a ceremony so our family and friends can be there. I am excited about this because I am writing that ceremony! And I can't wait until we say our vows in front of our closest friends and family. After that, I'm excited about the party! I can't wait to see our OOT relatives and dance the night away!

I am less excited about the party aspect of getting married and more excited to finally become his wife after so many years. Excited to start our own little family between the two of us.

Like everyone, I'm most excited about having FH be at the aisle waiting. I've wanted it to happen since we started being friends about 11 years ago but didn't actually think it was possible until I found out a year and a half ago that he felt the same way. Besides that though, I'm most excited about having both of our families in the same room meeting each other for the first time.

I'm excited to see the whole day come together, all the time we spent looking for a hall and a DJ and flowers, I can't wait to see our vision alive, with our family and friends there to enjoy! Like luckyerialc said I too can't wait to see FHs face when he first sees me :)

I'm so looking forward to the entire day! I had that giddy excited feeling just going to the venue for dinner last night! I can't wait to dance the night away with my husband, family and a friends!

I'm most excited about entering the church and, while I don't love all eyes on me, I do think it's kind of cool that everybody's staring at me like I'm some kind of celebrity just because I'll be the one in white (well, ivory). I can't wait to reach FH at the end of the aisle and make it official after so many years.

I'm also excited about our band and dancing the night away!

While I hate all eyes on me, and I am in fact dreading the attention, I am looking forward to FH's face as he sees me for the first time walking down the aisle. I am also excited for us to finally be married, the stress of budgeting and planning for the wedding is taking its toll on us. We just can't wait to celebrate our marriage with our friends and family and start our lives as husband and wife

I'm excited for the reveal pictures when FH turns around and sees me for them first time. Riding to the ceremony with him, having my dad walk me down the aisle, saying I do, TC's cocktail hour (my fav part of any wedding lol), entering the reception to get the party started, 1st dance...so yeah pretty much the whole night lol

Much like some other people have posted, I'm dreading the attention part of it, but I think I'm most excited for whatever time FH and I have alone after we say our vows. I don't know if we'll feel any different or how we will react so that will be interesting. Also, I'm excited that we will finally be legally recognized as the fully committed couple that we have always been. We've been living together for many years now and I feel like this will be the formal recognition of the life we're already leading.
