O question

No not that O

Ovulation. If I had O-pain from Wednesday to Sunday, and I took an OPK Thursday (it was positive) - I am confused, when did i ovulate??!! It couldn't have been for 4 days!!

OPK (LH) tests usually show a positive result 12-36 hours before you ovulate. Depending on what time of the day you're testing, and when you actually ovulate (i.e. whether you catch the LH spike on the way up or down), the OPK can continue to show a positive the following day. In general, the rule of thumb is that you ovulate the day following your first positive OPK, but it's possible that this could be off by 12-24 hours.

In your case, was Wednesday the first positive OPK, or was it the first time you did the test at all? My guess would be that you ovulated some time on Friday. And no, you can't ovulate for 4 days. The release of the egg is a once-a-month event that probably lasts a couple of seconds!
