Ob/Gyn and hospital affiliation

Hi Ladies,
My DH and I will be TTC soon. I'm not really sure that i want to stick with my current OB/GYN and I ma not sure that I would want to deliver at the hospital she is affiliated with. For those of you who have given birth, can you share with me what your thoughts were about the hospital you were in. Also, can you recomemnd a Ob/Gyn.

I haven't had my baby yet but I can tell you that I love my doctor-Dr. Jessica Jacob and she is affiliated with North Shore Manhasset. Every I know that has delivered there has been very happy.

I didn't have my baby yet but I have heard wonderful things about Winthrop. I am delivering there and my doctor is Dr. Jennifer Hanauer. She is so sweet.

If you check out www.healthgrades.com they have ratings for hospitals.

I had both my children at Winthrop. It is one of the best hospitals on LI for L&D and their NICU is state of the art (God forbid you need it) My OB is in Garden City and is wonderful. If you want the name, let me know.
