Oceanbleu or Giorgios???

Can't make my decision there's good things about both and some bad. I LOVE the inside of oceanbleu but there's not much more to it. Giorgios menu is 10x''s the size of oceanbleu. I was hoping to get married sept 14 2013 and oceanbleu has that day open Giorgios only has Aug 31st which is labor day weekend. Opinions anyone??? Thanks!!

We didn't look at Oceanbleu but FH & I did go to Giorgio's. It's absolutely beautiful and the father/son team that own it are fantastic. We started looking in January for October 2013 and they didn't have our date available - 22 months later!! Not having that date wasn't an option to us, so that's where it ended, but it is a beautiful place, and they let you do a tasting before you book. Why don't you make an apt. for a tasting? That should help you decide.

I do not know ocean bleu.. But you cannot go wrong with giorgios! we had our sons wedding there 3 years ago..and now are having our daughters there.the outside is even more beautiful than it was! . We had no choice of date. There was one Saturday left for the summer of 2012 and we grabbed it. And have never looked back! There is a reason they are so fully booked! Our Wedding is in48 days and am totally confident it will be beautiful, impressive and delicious.deal with rob he will treat you like a treasure. I love how he cares . George is excellent as well. Best...lorry

Maybe try the food at both places to see which one you like better? Quality of food is always important in my opinion, more than the quantity in most cases.

I've not been to oceanbleu but from pictures it looks nice.

Do you get the entire day or only a few alotted hours. That was a big thing for us when we picked a wedding place. I dont know if its a concern for you.

I've never been to a wedding at Oceanbleu but the pictures are amazing! On the other hand, the menu is small and I haven't heard good things about the food..and from the quotes I got, Oceanbleu is significantly more money. I was recently at a wedding at Giorgios and I loved it. Food was great (and plentiful) and it's a beautiful venue with a really good layout. I would personally save the money and go with Giorgios unless you really want a beach wedding. FM me if you have any questions about the Giorgios wedding!

You will not be disappointed with Giorgio's! It is such a beautiful venue, the food is delicious and they take amazing care of their brides! I don't have one complaint about them so far...everything has been amazing. And Rob is the best! Good luck and congrats!!

I hope it went well! We only looked at East WInd and Giorgios (I really wanted EW but went to Giorgios to appease FH). It is a gorgeous place but the main reason I didn't want it there was bc I love the hotel on the grounds at EW. Giorgios has soooooo many more photo ops and their food is yummy!

I checked out Oceanbleu and loved it but I am afraid it's too small for my guestlist. Do you mind FM'ing me your quote for Giorgio's? Did they have anything available for September 2013?

This is the reason I ended up booking East Wind too!! I have to say though, I've been to a couple weddings at Giorgio's and they were all great! The food was excellent.

I don't know much about Giorgios, but I do know that Oceanbleu charges an arm and a leg for a pretty skimpy menu and I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

I don't see why you wouldn't just go with the labor day weekend date? IMO, I think that will make it easier for your out of town guests to travel in! Plus, if it's around the same price as oceanbleu, you will be getting so much more for your money!

HTH! Good luck!
