Oceanside Condo

I really wanted to look at that one, but I called and it's under contract.

There is one available at Alhambra for $379k. My dad lives in those condos, and they are really nice

Yes...Layout goes like this in my dads condo.
You walk into the living room/dining room combo, kitchen is on the left..Eat in Kitchen. There is also a closet under the stair well and a half bath. It is very open, and a nice size.

You go up the stairs which is located directly in front of the door when you walk in and you find a hallway closet for linen on one side and your up and down washer and dryer. To the right is a large master bedroom with two nice size closets, and on the left of the closet is a nice size full bathroom with tub shower combination. If you walk out of the bathroom and goto the right there is a nice size 2nd bedroom.

My dad got really lucky with his condo, the lasat owner gutted it and redid the kitchen, and both bathrooms. He put new carpet, tile, paint and wallpaper in.

My dad has CAC and Central heat too. In the front he has nice patio where you can put a table, but no back yard.

There is a pool, gym, storage locker, showers near to pool, sauna, and a party room to rent out with a fireplace in the main building that all condo owners have access to
