Oceanside - South Bay Country Club/Middle Bay?

Does anyone know anything about this new country club in Oceanside? I can't find too much information, pictures or any reviews on it, but from what I've gathered, it used to be the Middle Bay Country Club and it's now under new ownership since Hurricane Sandy. I grew up only 10 minutes away and never even heard of it, but apparently they do weddings.
