Re: Oct2004

So i cried in the middle of rooservelt field today...Tim wanted to buy me some clothes for the summer and i couldn't find anything i really wanted....I was sooo pissed. Why is it when you don't have the money to spend you see so much and when you do...NOTHING!
There will be nothing for a month. I know it. My mom is getting me clothes for my b-day and i know i will find nothing!

Re: Oct2004

Its a little depressing because I dont look how I wanna look in it, I know I will, I just have to believe that I guess?

OH Another question...It was damn HOT inside all those layers? How do we avoid sweating a layer of skin off inside all that stuff? I needed a corset type bra thing ( thanks to a big chest) and all that crinoline..yuck! Im gonna need AC on in MARCH!

Re: Oct2004

LOL...I was just looking online for supplies to make my favors and I found this on a website selling things similar to my idea. (Mine will look much better though!!)

Donna- I decided to not use the B&W cards...they'd be to hard to print over. I'm sticking w/ the gerbera daisies!

Re: Oct2004

Yes, Jenn. I'm 99% sure we're getting married the 18th. We're going to talk to the guy this week to make sure this is the place we want. He has the 11th and 18th open. I'd really much rather not have it the 11th.

Have I told you about the new place???

Re: Oct2004

Wish I lived closer! I'd totally help you! I love making things!

I haven't quite decided what's going in the little pots...either wildflower seeds or I'll make a candle. Then I'll enclose it with tulle and tie it off with a sunflower or gerbera daisy. Then attach a little card w/ our names, date, and instructions.

I kid you NOT. I am that creatively challenged. And on top of that i have a very low frustration level for arts and crafts!

Re: Oct2004

Jenn---I have an idea....Why dont we make the votive holders together? I can make mine a bit early...heck..I already ordered the vellum and the ribbon....

My mom said ( she is VERY crafty) that is looks really easy....you cut the vellum, then print the names on ( thats the hardest part) place the tealight in the votive holder, wrap the name tag around it ( a drop of hot glue to hold it together) and a ribbon...DONE!

You can do it, I insist since Im doing it!!! I wanna hear how much everyoen loves it at your wedding!!
