Yep Don, as much as we agree on the Mets.. I'm on the other side of the fence when it comes to football. I'm a Jints man.

BTW.. who do you root for in hockey and BB?

the funny thing is I don't hate the Giants, they're a good team -- I do HATE one player on the Giants and I'll give you one guess as to who that is

I do hate the fact that the Jets don't have their own stadium, but hopefully that's fixed soon

I'm a true fan. Been wearing Silver & Blue before I knew those were colors!!

Been unfortunate enough to be around through all the crappy years and three good ones. Still my ‘Boys are still most hated. I love our division and can’t WAIT for the season. Look at us! Giants, Cowboys, Redskins & Eagles. It’s gonna be gruesome! GOD BLESS AMERICAN FOOTBALL!

I’m one of those fans to gets angry and screams at the TV but always always roots for my team enough though they usually live off field goals. I’m no bandwagoner!

Other than my boys..

I root for the Giants if the Boys aren’t playing (or I can’t catch them) and my other teams? Depends on the results of the first few games. The Browns, Bangles and SeaHawks all got my attention last year. The Redskins would have done better if they had protected their quarterback and Eagles I just hate on principal.

Oh and I’m also one who loves to watch great plays and all the highlights. Last year was the first time EVER that I had to watch captivated while SportsCenter gave me play by play highlights with replays for a game finish. hahaa

I kinda also change the game to another if I get angry too. Also Thanksgiving the ‘Boys ALWAYS play so I eat my fill watch the game and nap during the other game. For some reason the sound of the football fans droning on while I got a full tummy always sooths me. hehe

Poor Jim (DH) I have to brief him on everything. But he’s picking up the love of football as I am picking up the love of baseball.

I know he’s talented and a great player but I wanted fresh blood and a good arm. Not an another old teacher who can or can’t play. But I’m willing to be proven wrong on this one! VERY WILLING!

Is it Shockey that you hate? I think it is.

I definitely would prefer if he just shut up and caught the damn ball.

All of my Wedding party... well four out of 5 guys are Jets fans.. the fifth one.. Dolphins fan... interesting, right?

Yep.. you know me..
I used to love putting up my FOOTBALL threads.. ticks off some of the football widows here but not all ladies hate the game.

Hell I was anxious and happy to be on the halftime show at the ABC studios outside FAO schwartz.. I was calling my dad and brother and everyone I knew 'Turn on the TV, I'm waving'
hehe

It's a great thing to look forward to on Sundays. I KNOW i'll forget again, but I'm just so not used to seeing Football on Thursdays!!! (other than turkey day)
