Hey ladies....

Here is tmw's qotd...I have to leave my house at 630am and wont be back to my office until 500 ish so i wanted to have one waiting for you!

Let's talk b-parties....


***What do you want to do for your b-party? Is there anything you don't want to do?? What are you comfy and uncomfy with FH doing?? Also, is there anything you want to do but may not be able to due to $$ reasons, like a trip?***

Ohhh I get to answer a day early.

Well everything is fine for Jason- I have no issues with strippers or whatever - his friends are my friends and I know they will take care of him and he won't even need the extra support but it's there. Plus he mentioned he doesn't even have an interest in doing anything like that, but who knows what the boys will plan.

Personally, I've seen strippers, and I don't want any although my mom keeps threatening she's going to hire one for my bridal shower - how embarrassing! (a BRIDAL SHOWER.. she's crazy! lol)

I would really like to maybe do a day in the hamptons at my families house maybe-- spend the day with cocktails on the beach with the girls (like my sister MOH will only be 20 so can't really go out) then maybe go out to beach bar or something at night with the other girls. I'll be happy with whatever the girls pick though - they were thinking about a weekend get-a-way but I'm not allowed to know where :(

I'm pretty comfortable with what ever FI chooses to do for the bachelor party. I trust him completely so strippers and stuff like that are fine with me.

I'd really love to do Vegas for my bachelorette party, but I'm not sure if most of my freinds will be able to come up with the money. So most likely we will go to fire island for the weekend. It's much closer and cheaper than Vegas and everytime I've gone I've had a really great time.

As far as FH goes, I am SURE his friends are going to get him a stripper, but they are my friends too. I know FH will be skeeved and embarassed! Haha. I have nothing to worry about.

As for me, I am having a very small bridal party: my cousin (13 at time of wedding), FH's cousin (15 at time of wedding), and my best friend (who lives out of state).

So I can't really do anything crazy. I am thinkin possibly a spa day that way everyone can participate and it's still fun. I need to look into this. I think some Spas will bring in food and what not.

My B-Party - I honestly just want to have 1 night out in the city with my girls, bar hopping, dancing, maybe through a mechanical bull in the mix. As far as strippers are concerned, no thanks. i really don't need some random guy in a thong grinding is junk all over me. I'd rather be playing beer pong or something

I am going to have a separate 'b-party weekend' for me, my BP (if they want to go), my mom, aunts, and grandmas at either Mohegan, AC or Foxwoods. I know these family members probably won't feel comfortable going out on the actual B-Party night, but I want to do some kind of pre-celebrating with them, so they all thought this would a great idea and are all for it. Definitely throwing in some spas services wherever we go.

As far as FH B-Party goes: I really don't care what he does. He has laready made it clear to me that his plan is to get a keg, sit in his parents backyard with his boys and they are not allowed to leave until the keg is finished. I already told him he is going to wind up at a strip club whether he likes it or not, but he's like 'no, no strip club'. I told him i really don't care.

What do you want to do for your b-party? Is there anything you don't want to do??
As far as my b-party, I'm not really sure what I want to do. I would really like my girls to come up with an idea and just surprise me! I'm sure we'll have fun no matter what, but some possible ideas are...taking a limo out to a winery and getting drunk all day, night out in the city, spa weekend, AC, vacation hahaha (in my dreams) Who knows I'm up for anything! As far as strippers go, I'd even be up for going to a strip club. I went for my 18th birthday and it was a lot of fun, but I would nottttt want a private stripper. When we were in college, we got one for one of the girls I was some-what friendly with and I would not be comfortable with what he was doing to her (although she's a freak and enjoyed it!)

What are you comfy and uncomfy with FH doing??
As far as FH, I don't really know what his friends will plan for him. I'm sure they will probably go to a strip club and that doesn't bother me. He's been plenty of times before and he always comes home saying how he doesn't understand how these girls can degrade themselves like that. So whatever he does is cool with me too.

B-party- I know I definitely don't want some guys junk in my face, so strip clubs are out! I'd love to maybe go to a winery for the day, and then out to dinner in the city. Either that, or a spa day sounds nice, I'm sure I could use it when it gets closer to the wedding!

His party- I have no idea what he's going to do for his b-party, but he doesn't drink, and I doubt he'd want to go to a strip club, so I really have no idea what he's going to end up doing!

hey girls i missed this yesterday....

my b-party - I went to an awesome one a few months ago that i think i want to do - sat night dinner and dancing at a local club like glo or something then sun a day at the spa where i can invite my mom and aunt and fh mom

as far as his goes - i dont care what he does... im sure it will include A LOT of long island iced teas and probably some strippers... whatever is fine by me... i dont think FH would ever do anything to cross the line but as an insurance policy my brother will be there!! lol


although i did think the 80s prom or DJ chef looked fun too!!!
