I think I fell a little behind with the invitations. I'm odering them tomorrow and hoping to get them out the first week of August. I guess that means I have to make my RSVP date September 25, 3 weeks before the wedding. Does that sound about right? What are you girls doing/did?
I'm not an 8,9, or 10 wedding person, but I haven't ordered my invites yet either (it is so difficult to pick!). I would like to have my RSVP date be 3 weeks before the wedding.
I am sending mine out the last week of july, most likely 7/28, 7/31 the latest. You will be fine. That is still 5-6 week reply time. Do you have many OOT guests? If not I would still keep your original reply date for 1 month before the wedding. My RSVP date is 9/8/04..
I don't have many OOT guests. So maybe I'll will make the RSVP date Sept. 11. It will give guests 5 weeks to reply and will give me almost 4 weeks to call the slackers.
You should have plenty of time. I'm mailing ours out at the end of July with a return date of September 1.
I think you will be fine- I am getting married on 10/15 and I am not going to send mine out until the 15th or so of August, with the RSVP date of 9/26.
