OMG HOW QUICK IS THIS COMING? what else do you have to do? im going to be doing my invites soon.they will be out by next week hopefully..WHAT ELSE ???!!!!!! my favors are coming in soon..im having nightmares at night!!but im so excited...now i know why you go on honeymoons after all of this planning!!

After July 4th I found that October came so quickly...

yea my dress has been in..but my first fitting is supposed to be in august..they didnt tell me what day either..im not even sure what i need for the fitting..

There were so many months that I did nothing because I said I had time, but now I have so much that needs to be done. My invites are going out next week, my favors should be done in a week or two, my dress fitting and food tasting are in two weeks or so, I have to OOT baskets, bathroom baskets, put together BP gifts, do menus, programs, holy crap I had no idea that I had so much to do....Thanks for reminding me.

Hi Date twin!!!
All the little details are suddenly screaming out to be done!!! Ack! The thing is, there are lots that can't be done until close to the date...like placecards, menus, table seating etc.... But aren't you excited at how close we're all getting!!!

Everyday I keep thinking about all the stuff I have to do. I am working on my invites on Sunday. We have precana on sat. Have to do the bathroom baskets, and slipper baskets. Favors are ordered and dress fitting in August.

Anything else I forgot?

FH and I revised our to-do list two nights ago--and nearly gave ourselves heart attacks!

I guess this is what we get for planning a wedding in six months.

You are my twin, I have the exact same things to do....

I am sending out my invites this morning but I totally agree with you - I just hung out for a while not doing anything and now I'm just not sure what else I have to get done in the next 78 days!

I still have to deal with favors and menus and FHs tux and tons of other stuff.

Where does all the time go?

OMG! I know! I started freaking out like two weeks ago! I was feeling for awhile that things were under control and then it was ilke BAM! Everything hit me at once.

The first thing I have got to get done is my invites. My RSVP date is September 1 and I feel like they should be out the first week in August. But it is like pulling teeth to get the addresses from FMIL. Whatever - the envelopes are going to the printer on Monday, if I don't have the address by then - they aren't getting invited. There are the people she wants there.

And then after that - I get to do the other 10,000 things on my list!!!

Yeah I started freaking out this month. Esp b/c my mom and my sister (MOH) hadn't ordered or even found dresses yet!!! My sister finally ordered on Wed and Mom found and ordered a dress yesterday. They'll be in in Sept but my sister's won't be in until the end of sept. Can we say panic attack?!!!!! Esp when I'd call places and they'd be like the wedding's this oct? Talk about adding stress!

Invites will be ready to go out either next week or the following week. I'm going veil shopping this weekend. Favors need to be done. I still need to book the honeymoon and plan the ceremony. The list is endless.... I kept saying I have so much time (we got engaged 11/03) and now it's almost here!!!

I started freaking out right after the 4th of July...bc I know from past summers how quickly the summer goes after the 4th!!!

We are stuffing our invites this weekend and sending them out next weekend, I am seeing my sample c-piece July 30th, we have our tasting set for Aug 20th, my 1st fitting is Aug 26th.... I have so much to do but I feel like I am in good shape right now. (Ask me again in a month though... )

I am so beyind on everything. I just ordered my invites online( so nervous about that)
My dress is still not in.
I basically only have the hall booked and that's it. I think i'm gonna go out of my mind.

Who did you order from? Dleeny and I both ordered from Now and Forever.com and had wonderful results! Very quick too!

Yeah, it's all starting to come down on me like a ton of bricks. Invites are going out tomorrow. First fitting is on Tuesday. I know our tasting will be in a few weeks. My planner and florist had a meeting yesterday, so I know it'll be time to do flowers soon. Next Saturday we're meeting with the priest to select readings and songs....

What I love is how many people say to me, 'Your wedding isn't until October? Why are you stressed? You have soooo much time!!'

I went today to order one of my jrbm dress. tomorrow i will order my fg dress. i am still waiting to get my envelops calligraphy. I tried doing it with my computer but the printer chewed up three envelops. I was not about to mess up all my envelops. I keep on revising my to do list everyday because there is always something. But i am still calm. I am one of those who is ok until the day of the wedding. I think that is when the bridezilla will come out in me

Everything is on hold for us now until we get over this unexpected move we're doing the next couple of weeks. It's putting us back quite a bit, but we're dealing. So glad I got a lot of other items done early! Just got back the new envelopes w/new address from vendor, so they'll be heading over to FSIL to address. Oh...once I find where my guest list is...eeek!
