Re: October Brides

We have all the vendors booked except my make-up person...I tried one, but she couldn't get the eyeliner on the eyes right . I just ordered my dress last month, and we just ordered our favors, unity candle, candlebra, BM dresses, gifts & jewelry.
Next we have a couple of huge payments to make by July for the reception hall and honeymoon ....by far the most stressful part of the planning for us so far....

Re: October Brides

Hall, Officiant, Photographer, DJ, Wedding dress - All booked. Just need to pay.

Guest list - Just need ONE more address for my side. Need about 10 for his.

Bridesmaid dress, favors - picked out but not purchased.

Kilts - They haven't even measured yet. Plus, one groomsman might drop out. Yikes. Telling myself it's his problem, not mine. Not an effective strategy.

Save the dates - Supposed to go out next Thursday, printed the front half. See guestlist above. Grrrr.

Invitations- Designed, not printed. Can't finish the inserts until we have the tasting next Friday.

Cake topper - hoping my bridesmaid can pick it up in Ireland next week, so's we can get about the process of painting the toy spaceman like a bride with accents in our wedding colors.

overwhelming, but awesome. We went to our RH last night and picked out invites and the menu. All of my vendors are booked since we have a pakcage deal through the country club. Over the next week I just need to get in contact with them to discuss details.

I'm actually doing well......i have everything except tuxes and little DIY projects done. We have so much going on this summer we had to get it all done.

Oh and I still need to find something for the BP.

Doing pretty good here. I just have to do the little things still like Inviatations, favors, and tweak my centerpieces a bit. Oh yeah and tuxes. My main thing is i need to lose a few pounds and cant seem to get started. Its so agrivating.

Re: October Brides

We have all major vendors booked except limos.

We just booked our honeymoon

I am trying to finalize my decision for invitations

STD's went out on Valentine's Day

Hair and makeup is booked

FH is ordering tuxes in May

We're taking our engagement pics (to be used on invites, Program, and at reception) in May

Dress is coming in in June - will decide on undergarments then

Ordering BM's dresses next week.

Then all the other millions of little things. All in all it's moving along pretty well. There's a lot that I'm just sitting around waiting for (like I can't do my cardbox until e-pics are taken and delivered to me, etc). I'm trying to do everything else in the meantime.

Great!

I have to get my veil & tiara
I also need to schedule my make up & hair trial in July.

We booked eveything, all we have to do is pay them off, which is going well!!

Re: October Brides

I have a lot of stuff done, dress, jewelry (mins bracelet) BM dresses, FG dresses, all vendors booked and paid for ( minus hair, make-up, limo), BM gifts (well half if I add on!) I have a bunch of things half done, like favors, have all supplies, but they still need to be made and boxed, invitations and programs, built in photoshop waiting to be printed. STD's went out in Jan, FMIL is taking care of RD. I feel good, just stressing details like font on invite and losing the 40lbs by OCT, I can't get motivated!

Re: October Brides

Oh boy...where to start!

We have all of the big, main things done. RH, chair rentals for RH hall, church, photographer, dj, chocolate fountain, flowers, limos, tuxes, my dress, BM dresses, blocked rooms for OOT guests, booked Honeymoon.

Still have to book a baker for the cake, that should be done in the next week or so. Also need to book hair and makeup and start going for trials. Trying so hard to find invites but im really having a rough time with this. Picked out bridal party gifts but still have to purchase them. And then I have a bunch of DIY projects that I will eventually have to get done. One thing at a time right ladies??
