The planning is overwhelming. Decision-making is nerve wrecking. I have to pick a make-up and hair stylist. I haven't even gone for trials yet. I have to book the limos and florist. I am still debating whether to have low or high centerpieces. Oh and how could I forget the honeymoon. We still didn't pick a place. But our deadline for the honeymoon is Sunday so hopefully we'll knock that out of the way. Oh yes, we need a cake too..........

They say that invitations should be sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. I am the day after you and I plan on sending my invitations out the end of July, with an RSVP date of September 15.

We are pretty much on track, All vendors have been done since Jan 07. Now we are just banking all our money. waiting for my dress(ordered in Oct) and bm dress to come in. Got hair piece, got our favors, placecard holders, cockatail centerpieces)didnt like the ones that were provided bought my own, bathrook baskets completed, registry done, moms dress done, booked rehearsal dinner,
Still need -to order veil(picked out alreday) -Order invites(just fine tuning the wording) -get tux -book honeymoon, going to Rivera Maya. -makeup artist (My mom is my hair artist, she is a harirdresser has done my hair for all occassions, communion, proms) Purchase bridal party gifts pick readings book our wedding night hotel THAT SHOULD BE ABOUT IT,

I keep seeing that alot of Brides ordered their veil already. I wish I had thought to ask to pick one out when I picked my dress. I thought you had to wait until your first fitting.
I am trying to finish all my DIY projects now, our bubbles, pew cones, bells for tables, OOT bags, centerpieces for tables..because I don't wanna have to deal with them close to the wedding. And I am being told that I want the bows on the bubbles and bells tied too perfectly..

I kind of want to know also so I can look really cute hahaha. My mom and sisters are dead set on keeping it a suprise, I think I will catch on though I investigate hahah. I think July would be the earliest, can't wait!!!
Well I got my E-party invites and favors, and STD's from Your Invited to Celebrate on Jericho TPKE in Mineola. I am planning to go there for the invites and favors as well. She is great, very creative and prices range depengin on what you want. I'd say it's worth a visit!!
Call me lazy I can not handle ANY DIY projects hahahah

I think my shower will be in July sometime, because there are a bunch of due to be born in aug, so I think they will try to trick me by telling me it is someone's baby shower to get me to the place

I knew it was the one. It was my first day of dress shopping and it was the second gown I tried on and when the sales girl zipped me up and we both looked in the mirrow my heart dropped, she's like OMG did you feel that??!! It was great! I was relieved I was not up for looking elsewhere!
You didn't order gown yet ? Do you have any pics??
