October Brides....

What are your new wedding tasks?
And when are you sending out your invites? What kind of favors do you have?

I am workign on finding favors, BP gifts, getting my darn FMIl to get me her adrresses so I can pick up invites and begin stuffing! I was hoiping to send them out in August.

Wedding Tasks For Me:

Get FH to order Tuxedo already
Buy stamps for invitations
Stuff invitations last week of July and mail them out
Buy GM gifts
Book RD
Buy candy for my favors
Buy shoes and undergarments before my first fitting in August
...And probably tons more!

Here are my wedding tasks:
Finalize ceremony with minister.
Print and put together programs (basic design is done).
Address, stuff and mail invites by the last week of July.
Fitst fitting.
Wrap all gifts for bridal party & groomsmen.
Finish trays for programs.
Make bubble basket.
Complete the must be played list.
Make sure all of the groomsmen have ordered their tuxes.
Get hershey kisses & put them in organza bags as part of favor (we are giving photo coasters as our favors).
Decide where we are going on our mini honeymoon & book it.

I know that I am forgetting something!!

I still need to do tuxes, finalize vendors, programs, a couple more trials, two more meetings w priest, and some gifts..i think thats it..if anything else, its small

invites are going out 8/1..cant wait

We dont have too much left to do.

-Invites came in yesterday so they need to be assembled and mailed out by the last week of July.
-We need one more gift for one of FH's GM. And we also have to get gifts for our parents.
-We have to order our favors. (we're doing donations to the American Diabetes Assoc.)
-marriage license when it comes time
-we have to frame one of our e-pics for the guests to sign when they come to the reception
-final meetings with vendors
-hair/make up trials

We still have to ....

- get our rings
- get unity candle
-pick out ceremony music
- I have to go for hair trial
-assemble and send out invites( I plan on mailing them the week of 8/20)
-plan rehearsal dinner
-buy FH's gift
-sign in book
-photo cube
- parent gifts
-and prob. lots of other things I cant remember.

We made CD's for our favors which are all finished and we are also giving a bottle of Pindar Autumn Gold.

FH: Limos and brunch

Me: program, aisle runner, menu, crypacks, petal cones, undergarments, HM clothes, parents gifts, candle lighter and reader gifts, placecards

I made my favors and they are boxed and just need to be tagged with the placecards, I sent out my invites on July 3rd (I have a B-list)

I am sure there is more but can't think of it right now!

Today my mom and I are getting paper for programs, stuffing invitations, finishing off registry, shopping for Bridesmaid gifts.

Book the cigar roller

I'm sure I am forgetting so many other things....I have so much left to do!

Productive day ladies. My invitations got delivered to my moms house, so I went over there to check them out and they are so pretty. I am mailing them out on my birthday Aug 6th. Then my mother started to talk to me about my shower, which I think is either the last weekend in July or first weekend in Aug. She was talking to me about my registry, so we went to Macy's and finished the registry. Also got a beautiful white skirt from Chico's for either my Shower or my Rehearsal.

What got crossed off the list for you guys this weekend?

My favors are wine stoppers, along with the pic frame placecardholder.
