October Brides...When are you mailing out your invites?

I've hear that it's typically 8-12 weeks, but is it before your RSVP or your actual wedding date?

I was actually thinking about mailing mind after July 4th. When are you ladies mailing your invites out?

I think thats from the actual wedding date. I think i'm going to be mailing out mine around the same time

Yea, mailing out mid-July... with RSVP by September 1..our hotel block cut off is September 12 which I believe is right before our venue final count....

Havent done my Hotel Blocks yet

this helps me!!! when are you all blocking your hotels?? when is too late or too early?? i know i have to do that soon too!

They can't put the info into the system until 50 weeks out in my hotel, so I have the agreement signed and everything's been discussed... They are just waiting for the dates to be in the system....

60% of my guests are OOT guests so once it's into the system, I will order my hotel info cards and send them along with my Save the dates....ASAP...hotels can be booked before they RSVP so this will help me with my guestlist too to find out who is really coming, ideally they should be booking flights too before they are RSVP'ing

My hotel cut off is Sept 12, so I wanted to have enough time in between the RSVP and the hotel cut off to see if any B list could come.. etc.
