Odd number bridal party!!

Hey girls,

wondering if anyone is in a similar situation..

i have 2 bridesmaids 1 MOH
and 3 groomsmen and 1 Best man
no flowergirl or ring bearer

Im not sure how they are going to walk down the aisle because the i have 1 extra guy! Any suggestions?

You could have one of the couples with 2 GM and 1 BM...just and idea!
I have the same problem, but I have an extra younger boy (he's 11) so he's going to walk by himself and carry the bible down the aisle to the priest.

we have a similar situation-only I have double the amount of groomsmen than bridesmaids.

I say anything goes-

for example my FH brothers (three of them) are going to walk down alone, one behind the other. with no partners. My Matron of honor also has no partner.

the main reason for this is because the majority of my bridal party is kids under 18. I don't want to pair them with my sisters who are 30+ or my best friends who are 24-25.

as of right now, they are all solo. might sound weird to some people, but I figure as long as they are all involved and feel special...I really don't care who partners with who, and they can even pick their own partners that day for all I care!

I also have this... My nephew is a junior usher and we have no one to pair him with... He will just walk down alone... I think it looks fine to do that.

There have been a lot of girls saying their BP were uneven...and they all were thinking of having 2 GM walk with the 1 BM.
As of right now, thats what I am doing so that I dont have to cut anyone out

I have one more BM than GM so my 16 year old brother is walking down with two BM...he is thrilled

We have 5 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen, and we'll just have 3 pairs and 2 triplets (2 guys and 1 girl) walking down the aisle. For the couples dance, luckily 2 GM have longtime glrifriends that they can dance with, to even it out.

I have 4 BM and 5 GM so the last ones down the aisle will be a triple

I have one MOH, one FG, one BM and two GMs. One GM (my son) will escort me down the aisle, one GM (FH stepson) will escort the moms to their seats. Both FG and MOH will walk down the aisle alone.

i have 1 moh and 1 best man they walk together
then i have two bridesmaids and fh has 4 groomsman so they will walk two guys with one girl
then 1 jr bm and 1 jr gm who will walk together
and 1 flowergirl NO ring bearer

We have an even bridal party as of now (long story)...but I think these days, anything goes!! Play around with your different options like some of the options other girls mentioned above and pick the one you like best!

I have 1 MOH and 3 bridesmaids, and FH's 2 brothers are the 2 BM..
I was going to have each of the BM walk with 2 BM's and the mOH. Does the MOH have to walk down by herself, or will that just make her feel extra special? Any ideas??

We had an uneven number of BP members too. We had MOH, 3 BMs and Best Man and 4 GM. We had one BM walk down with 2 GM.

I had my cousing walk out first by herself, then everyone else in two's. We considered haveing 2 girls with one guy at the end of the procession, but it looked 'squished' during our rehearsal.

Once they were up at the altar, it was no biggie.

I think I am the only one doing this, but I am having the guys already up at the alter, and the girls walking in by themselves. I've never been at weddings done the other way.

Wow thanks girls!! Im stll deciding between having he girls walk by themselves or pairing 1 Girl with 2 Guys!! I'll make a decision..sooner or later!!

Im not sure why im stressing over it, the whole thing is about 30 seconds anyways!!
