% of how many responded NO

Hi 08'ers! Hope you girls can help me with something...

I am trying to figure out the % of people that did not come to your wedding. I have heard an average of 10%-15% but have also heard different random responses like 30% or 40% even!

So I figured you girls would be able to answer this best. Please help

we invited 230 and 160 showed

we invited about 190 and wound up having about 130 show so it was about 30% - there were a few last minute no-shows due to unforseen circumstances. i thought 30% was crazy to go by until I started getting the responses but we also had a lot of OOT guests. good luck!

We had 30% no response. But 1/3rd of that were respect invitations and we knew they weren't coming.

Our no % was about 25%.

i would run down your guest list and mark down who you know will def be there...also mark down maybe's...then see what number you get for your defnites so you can pretty much bank on at least that number. add them up with your maybes too so you can get a rough idea of a higher number...just to give you an idea

We invited 130, but between family being scattered around, sudden serious illness that couldn't be helped, and the economy downturn, we had only 84. On the day of, we had a few no-shows, but again, it was for health reasons beyond anyone's control.
