Off Subject-ER-PLEASE HELP

My six month old puppy Sophie desrtoyed my peace lilly plant. By the looks of it she didn't get a lot. I called my vet...he isn't in. It's $50 to call the poison control center for animials.

I'm so scared. The vet is supposed to call me soon. I looked on a ton of sites. I know it's poiseness. I don't know what I can do to help. Water, milk- peroxide to make her vomit. I don't know!! I wish the vet would call already. He was out of the office.

Does anyone know anythiing about this?

can you try calling another vet hospital in the meantime. Maybe they can give you some advice.

honestly if something happened to my dog i would pay the $50 bucks, cause i would feel horrible if something happened,

look in the phonebook and keep calling animal clinics/hospitals until someone can help you

Re: Off Subject-ER-PLEASE HELP

I would def. pay 50 dollars to find out whats going on. I just needed to know if it was a big worry. I just spent 50 dollars last week to find out about the bumps on her belly. Come to find out...it's puppy acne, no biggie. Shes going through puberty and they will go away.

Shes fine from the lilly. The vet says it's orally poisonous. It burns the Hel* out of their mouth. He said the worst thing that can happen is the throat swelling. But no signs of anything right now and he says it happen immediately.

Thank God shes okay.

I'm glad she ok too!!!!!!

During the holiday I was making cookies w/ hershey kisses, and FH left the extra kisses on the coffee table and Bella ate them.. I paid $75 for the Emergency poison control and they did the ratio of chocolate to her weight, and thank goodness she was going to be ok, but boy do I understand that helpless feeling....

Best wishes to the Puppy!!!!!!!
