off the shoulder dress

hey ladies,

so my dress is off the shoulder (pics are in my album) and the straps are very detailed my question is what kinda veil would go with this without covering the beautiful detail?

i've been searching the internet and i've found few pics of off the shoulder gowns and none of the pics have a veil on the model. im open to any suggestions, have any past brides worn a dress that was off the shoulder? what type veil did you wear?

also i've always been in love with the birdcage veils but i know my FH and my mom are both not fans of the look and my mom really is pushing for a cathedral veil but im just not sure if its me. do you think if i ended up with a traditional veil for ceremony and i switched to a birdcage with a pretty flower or feather fascinator for the reception that would be weird? is it strange to have 2 veils?

i think that you can get any veil if you get something finger tip or cathedral you should wear it in the back of your head instead of coming from the top so that is will not sit on your shoulders and cover you dress.

and i agree with the previous poster who mentioned that all you have to do is wear your veil toward the back of your head and you'll be all set. it's going to look beautiful! :)
