off to go...

Meet with the priest for the first time! Eek! ...we have our first interview today- not tooo concerned- just want him to officially put our date in the books! Its such a process try and get them to reserve your date...!

Awesome!

I think it is nice to spend some time preparing for marriage as well as the wedding. If a religious ceremony is going to be a part of your wedding, then I think these visits can be really great bonding between you and FH! We have to attend classes though our church and I am really excited.

I know exactly how you feel!! It is a freaking process to get your date booked with the church!! Pre-nuptial interview is a breeze though!! Good luck!!

it went really well!...I have to call this week to schedule pre-cana & Focus....our date was open (thank god!) and the time I wanted was almost available---I wanted at 2pm ceremony, but they only did 2:30pm--I think that's plenty of time for everyone to scoot over from Bay Shore to Mineola in time for a 6pm cocktail hour!
