Off to Napa Valley for our second honeymoon! Vineyard recommendations?

So psyched! DH and I are heading out to San Fran tomorrow and then driving around Sonoma and Napa and staying at B&Bs! I'm psyched b/c DH planned the whole thing!!!!! Didn't tell me anything!!




If anyone has vineyard recommendations, shoot them my way!

So exciting!!! I live in San Francisco - I hope you have a fabulous trip! here are some of my favorite wineries in Sonoma and Napa:

Buena Vista Winery - it's family owned and the oldest windery in Sonoma:

Close to Buena Vista is another one that I LOVE! Gundlach Bundschu, another family owned windery. If it is a nice day you can bring a picnic basket, buy a bottle of wine and sit by their huge pond at the picnic tables and enjoy the view - a really Great Great spot!!

Of course Robert Mondavi is a really great place to go on a tour because it's super informative and just a great place to learn about wine - so that's always a good place to start. I also love Cakebread - just because the wine is awesome!
