We have been waiting almost a week and finally found out our offer was accepted... we are buying a house in Massapequa!!!!

Congrats!!! That's so exciting!! FH and I are actually closing on our house, which is also in Massapequa, this week!!!!

Warning: Start the mortgage process NOW. It took forever, because they crossing their t's and dotting their i's 5 times over.

FM me! We should talk! :) I know the house next door to our's was also on the market... wouldn't it be bizzarre if we'll be neighbors?
