Ok I figured to create the official Westbury Manor 2008 thread for all WM brides (and those who want to peak ) because wellllll we dont have one. I did found one but its from 2003 and its over 100 pages long. So come in and enjoy. HAPPY PLANNING

For those of you who are using the Garden Room do you remember what max # of people are allowed in there? How many per table?
Maureen told me when we booked, but I can't remember and our list is growing!!!

I think Mel told me that the max was 150 but other girls on the boards had said that 140 are you are quite crowded...but I could be wrong I pretty sure it was 150! hth

Oh and the max per table is 12 people

I received mine today also but it doesn't state the number of people you are allowed to invite. Do they give you the info when your RSVP?

Ok ladies,
Just incase any of you are wondering how they calculate the total cost, Felicia e-mailed me with this:

'In answer to your question, multiply the # of guests by your rate per person. Add 18% to that total. Then the entire total (including the 18%) gets taxed. Unfortunately, NY State collects tax on the entire amount including the service charge. That’s the law. If you need additional info, give me a call. '

Thought that might help out with budget planning!
