ok so I figured I would drop this advice
I thought my apointment on Tuesday was to drop the payment due 8 days before. Well they wanted payment, seating, favors etc etc etc.... I was sooooo unprepared!!!! I made a new apointment for this Tuesday to do it all. Then both FH and I get a call asking for the seating at least thankfully I had that done!! I faxed it through so they can organize waiters etc...
So to explain when you do your one month final apointment to go over the menu etc.. and you make your final apointment that is the time you are supposed to hand over all of this stuff!!!!!! So wrap all your favors in advance because I'm doing all my stuff tomorrow! Totally last minute
so whats the countdown ??

4pm next friday! almost exactly one week! ack! lol I'm calm now but walking in totally confused was a great feeling lol. Funny thing is I've had my seating almost completed for a while so it was easy to finish up. So just be prepared because I totally didn't realize I need all that stuff lol

OK I'm married!! Sandcastle did everything and beyond!!!!! It was amazing and everyone is raving about how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too!! They all laughed at the seconds servings too because they were soooooo stuffed by the end of Cocktail hr!! They didn't belive we had the vienese hour and we even got the 'wow holy s**t your parents went all out on this one wow!!!!! (nice comment but it was us who paid lol)
Just wanted to let all your girls know it was one of the best (ha how snotty does that sound! lol) and you are all going to have a dream come true night!!!
Leaving for Greece in a few hours I'll let you know how it is for you ladies that are going!!!!

I am also doing Greace for the honeymoon... Im also doing the vienese hour.. You have to tell me everything that came out.. That is my favorite part of the wedding LOL ... What colors are we all doing for our flowers?
I think I am going to do all white and ivory roses with stepanotis's in my BQ and then for the CP's do some oranges, reds and fall colors and then for the BM BQ's do something like the CP's.. and switch up the MOH BQ and add some white in it...
