That is soo weird that you are having such a problem... I deal with Stefany she is awesome.. I mean after the contract was alll done like a week later I forgot to ask them to put in the contract wine on the tables .. I brought the contract in & they added it No Problem..

Ice sculp. was added in the contact I get only 1

we have the wine on the tables as well as the strawberrys & champange upon arrival for all the guests , & the ice sculpture too.. I thibk all that is standard ,,

when we booked it , my fh was like, i want it now so the place dont get too many more people gettimg married beofre us,, its starting to feel more real now,, 8 months for us,, omg

OMG Vic,, Im so excited for you !!!

Im kinda in the same boat, & I thibk u should call sandcastle , if im not mistaken they are tables of 10 , but im sure they will accomadate if u have 2 more or so at a table...

When i looked there were 17 tables, hence holds 170.. Im sure thats what it looked like when u booked too..

I would thibk excatly how u said, parents & immed family , & so on ,,

check with them they will give u the table arrangements so that u can make the settings,,
