I would suggest you go in the same season you are getting married. We just went and the menu was a little different then what we are getting since my daughter's is a summer wedding. The garnish and the vegetables are different each season.

I am in the Tivoli. Tomorrow it will be 5 months until my wedding. yay!!!!
Anyone know when you choose the cake? And do you get to sample it?

You should call the banquet manager and find out about the tasting of the cakes. Do you have the regular Russo's package or did you go for the Elements of Style?
